Robert Joseph “Bob” Dillon passed away at home in Plymouth on Dec. 5, he was 75. Born in Malden he worked for Amtrak in the on board service department. He went to Malden Schools, was an avid reader, enjoyed woodworking, animals especially his cat Fluffy, spending time with his grandchildren, and loved to be around people. Bob was a member of TWU. Bob lost his wife, Joan (Mellett) Dillon, the love of his life, eight years ago. He leaves his daughter Barbara M. Pagnotti and husband Richie, a son Bob Dillon and wife Tanya, 5 grandchildren Nicholas and Nina Pagnotti, Bobby, Ashley, and Joseph Dillon all of Plymouth and daughters Deb Smith of AL, and Cheryl Siciliano of Billerica. He also leaves a large extended family of nieces and nephews who enjoyed their time with Bob. A funeral mass will be held at St Bonaventure Parish on Wednesday Dec. 9, at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home 619 State Road (Rte 3A) Plymouth (Manomet) Tuesday Dec.8, 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Burial will be in the Manomet Cemetery.
