Otilia R. (Mello) Pacheco, age 94, of Somerset, passed away Dec. 5, 2009 at home surrounded by her family. Widow of Agostinho Tavares Pacheco and daughter of the late Constantino R. & Rosalina R. (Duarte) Mello. Prior to retiring, Otilia worked as a Sewing Machine Operator for La-Glow Sportswear Mfg. in Fall River. She was a parishioner of St. Patrick’s Church in Somerset.
She is survived by her children: Sabino T. Pacheco, Constantino T. Pacheco & his wife Isabel, and Rosalina T. Pacheco all of Somerset. Two grandchildren: Margarida Pacheco-Dorego & her husband Sergio and Daniel V. Pacheco & his fiancé Aldea Yanski. Three great grandchildren: Jacob, Carson, & Brayden Dorego.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St. WEDNESDAY at 10:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Patrick’s Church, Somerset at 11:30 A.M. Entombment in Notre Dame Mausoleum. Calling hours: TUESDAY 5-8 P.M.
