Edith J. Macero, 91 of Agawam, died Thursday after a brief illness in the Heritage Hall South, Agawam, MA.
Born in Medford, she lived in Agawam for the last several years, formerly of Stoneham and was the daughter of the late Julia and Charles P. Juffre. Edith was a Sales Clerk at Redstone Gift Shop in Stoneham for 3 years and retired 1984. She was a past member of the Stoneham Womens’ Club and was a huge Red Sox’s fan that never missed a game.
Beloved wife of the late Salvatore D. Macero. Devoted mother of Daniel G. Macero and his wife Sandra of West Springfield. Loving grandmother of Daniel S. Macero of Hampden, and Mark Macero of Sturbridge. Loving great grandmother of Max, Samuel, and Julia Rose Macero. Sister of William Juffre of Saugus, Charles Juffre, Mary Cecchini both of Medford and the late Lillian Teta, Victoria Beck, Joseph and George Juffre.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Monday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Sunday 4 - 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
