POOLE, MABEL, 92, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2009.
She was a retired employee of Phillip Morris, and a member of Shively Heights Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Gordon Poole, her mother, Betty Lee Robinson; two sisters; and one brother.
Survivors include her children, Betty Waters (Jerry), Barbara Gudgel (Boyd), Jerry Poole (Barbara) and Thomas Poole (Glenda); seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and her sister, Mildred Metcalf.
Funeral service will be noon Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Thursday.
