Elizabeth Annette (Rice) Greenough, 50, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Tuesday, December 1. She was the longtime companion of Randy Simmons of Stoughton. Daughter of the late Wade H. and Shirley M. (Pearson) Rice, she was born in Dreaux, France, and graduated from South Carolina schools. Elizabeth was a resident of Stoughton for the past 21 years. She was a homemaker. An avid Red Sox and Patriots fan, she also enjoyed arts and crafts, floral arrangements and cooking.
In addition to Randy, she is survived by her siblings, Jim Rice of Milwaukee, WI, Pam Browning of Cross Hill, SC and Marty Rice of Greer, SC, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Greenough.
Funeral Services will be held privately in South Carolina.
