Norma A. Bazin, 78, of Methuen died on Wednesday October 28, 2009 at Lawrence General Hospital. Mrs Bazin was born and raised in Lawrence and was a 1950 graduate of Lawrence High School. She and her husband owned and operated Bazin Insurance of Lawrence. Norma was a member of Mary Queen of Peace Parish, Salem, NH where she participated in several church activities. She loved to travel and enjoyed reading and especially loved being with her family and friends.
The widow of Gerard Bazin, her family members include her daughter, Susan J. Bazin of Methuen and her sister, Alice V. Lanouette of Milford, CT. She also leaves 3 grandchildren, Kimberley, Jason and KeriLyn and 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Norma was pre-deceased by her son, David A. Bazin.
ARRANGEMENTS
There are no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass on Monday November 2, 2009 at 10:30 am in Mary Queen of Peace Church, Lawrence Road, Salem, NH. Private burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Andover. Arrangements are by The Charles F. Dewhirst Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen.
