Rachel Smaglick-Broulidakis passed away on Wednesday morning November 25th, 2009 following a lengthy illness and a courageous battle. She had just turned 39.
She was a loving mother of two, Rosemary and Ray Smaglick of Hooksett, NH, a devoted wife of Christos Broulidakis, Hooksett, NH, and a caring daughter of Marilee Zander, who she joined in heaven. She was born in Wausau Wisconsin. She will be deeply missed by everyone whose life that she touched.
Rachel graduated from UNH with a major in Psychology. Rachel taught in the Goffstown school district for many years, she had training in the NH citizen’s police academy, and she spent several years modeling. Rachel was a beautiful person inside and out. She always put her loved ones first and dedicated her life to others, especially her children. She led a difficult life and managed to survive many things.

Please join us to pay tribute to her at the Charles F. Dewhirst Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA on Monday November 30, 2009 from 9:30- 11:30am. A funeral will follow at 12 p.m. at St. Xenia church, 170 North Lowell St. in Methuen. Burial will follow at St. Xenia Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the National Organization of Single Mothers, P.O. Box 68, Midland, NC 28107.
