Jeanne d'Arc Cardin 90, of 10 Rhodes Ave. died Tuesday at St. Antoine Residence. She was the wife of the late Leo Cardin. Mrs. Cardin was born in Canada a daughter of the late Adelard and Laura (Brule) Dulac. Mrs. Cardin was a homemaker. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne's.
Mrs. Cardin is survived by two daughters, Suzanne Lessard and Celeste Cardin both of Woonsocket, a brother Marcel Dulac of Bellingham, two sisters, Therese Plouffe of Woonsocket and Reina Leclerc of N. Smithfield, five grandchildren, Stephen, David and Jennifer Lessard , and Keith and Ryan Girard, and three great grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Claudette Girard and sister of the late Gerard, Sr. Noella, Cora, Claudia and Marie Anna Dulac, and Annette Lambert.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:30 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket. Burial will be held in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting hours are Thursday 4-7 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Antoine Community, 10 Rhodes Ave, North Smithfield, RI 02896-6999, or St. Ann's Art and Cultural Center, P.O. Box 79 Woonsocket RI 02895 in her memory would be appreciated.
