Leonard J. Malboeuf, 81 of Privilege St. died Tuesday at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of the late Lorraine (Lambert) Malboeuf. He was born in Woonsocket a son of the late Victor and Emma (Drainville) Malboeuf, and was a Woonsocket resident all of his life. Mr. Malboeuf was a beer and liquor salesman for Costello Bros., and Central Beverage for many years. He then worked as a production manager for the RI State Lottery Commission for twenty years retiring in 1994. Mr. Malboeuf was a life member of the Woonsocket Sportsman's Club, and enjoyed hunting and fishing, he was also an avid poker player.
He is survived by a son Robert R. Malboeuf and his wife Denise of Woonsocket.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM form the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Precious Blood Cemetery. Visiting hours are Friday 4-7 PM
