Lillis Bailey Roberts, 79, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2009 at University of Louisville Hospital.
A native of Shelbyville, Kentucky, he was a retired Industrial Engineer for General Electric, a longtime member of Faith Presbyterian Church, where he served as an Elder, and an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was also a member of the Southern Indiana Radio Control Modelers Club.
He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Ruth Marie (Skeeters) Roberts, and two daughters, Pamela Huff (Craig) and Natalie Healy (Tim); three grandchildren, Veronica Huff Hyde, Matthew Huff, and Alexandra Healy.
His funeral will be 10am Saturday at Faith Presbyterian Church, 9800 Stonestreet Road with entombment to follow in Evergreen Mausoleum.
Visitation will be 2pm-5pm and 6:30pm-8pm Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
