Rhonda Gaye Chinn, 56, Clarksville, died Sunday, November 29, 2009, at Vanderbilt Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Larry Mulberry officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the hour of the service Wednesday at the funeral home. The remains are to be cremated. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born December 24, 1952 in Hammond, Indiana. She was a retired registered nurse and had worked at Vanderbilt. Survivors include her, husband, David A. Chinn, her father, Donald Morris, Orlando, FL; two sons, Brandon L. France, Amarillo, TX and Christopher W. France, Smyrna, TN; and a sister, Holly S.
