Worcester – Lee E. Larocque, 72, of Worcester died on Monday, November 23rd in his home after being stricken ill.
Mr. Larocque leaves behind two sons Mark J. Larocque of Quarryville, PA and Jeffrey L. Larocque of Middleboro, MA; a daughter Cheryl L. Larocque Beltramini of Dennis, MA; his former spouse Therese (Gravel) Pierce of West Yarmouth, MA and 7 grandchildren. Lee was born in Worcester son of the late Edmund and Clara (Gonyea) Larocque and is predeceased by an Uncle John Larocque who was like a second father to him.
Mr. Larocque is a graduate of South High School and worked as an Insurance Salesman for the Prudential Insurance Company and Kenneth St. Onge Insurance Agency for many years before his retirement.
Lee was a die hard Red Sox fan and was standout baseball and basketball player during his younger days.
The funeral will be held on Saturday, November 28th from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. with a Mass at 9:30 AM in St. Joseph’s Church 35 Hamilton St. Burial will be at a later date in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are on Friday, November 27th from 5 to 7 PM in the funeral home. Flowers may be sent to honor Lee’s memory.
