Funeral services for Cheryl Rogers Cameron, 64, of Sycamore, Ga. will be held Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. at the Sycamore Baptist Church with burial to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn. Mrs. Cameron died Friday in Atlanta, Ga. following a short illness.
Mrs. Cameron was born in Sumter County, Ga. and was the daughter of the late John C. & Cammie Elizabeth Folds Rogers. She was a retired paraprofessional from Turner County Board of Education and a member of the Sycamore Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her two sisters in laws, Jill Payne Rogers and Donna Jean Cox Rogers.
Mrs. Cameron is survived by her husband, Edward Cameron; her daughter and son in law, Kim C. & Tommy Ogletree, and her grandsons, Blake and Brett Ogletree, all of Sycamore, Ga. Also surviving are three brothers, John Pate (Dona) Rogers, Randy Rogers, and Wally Rogers, all of Cordele, Ga., three nieces, three nephews, two great nieces and three great nephews.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel.
