Mary M. Bushko of Blakely died Friday in the Lackawanna County Health Care Center, Blakely. She was the widow of Jerome J. Bushko, who died in 2001.
Born in Blakely, daughter of the late Michael and Catherine Horvath Sofranko, she was a graduate of Blakely High School. She was a member of Holy Ghost Church and its Confraternity of Christian Women. She was a member of the Mid-Valley Hospital Auxiliary.

Surviving are a daughter, Marycay Doolittle and husband, Dr. Thomas P., Albany and Willsboro, N.Y.; a son, David Bushko and wife, Judith, Clarks Summit; three grandchildren, attorney Geoffrey Bushko and wife, Ashley, Abigail and Matthias Doolittle; and a great-granddaughter, Haley Lynne Bushko.
She also was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Sofranko; and four brothers, Joseph, Michael, Andrew and James Sofranko.
Funeral services will be Tuesday from the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., 129 Grant St., Olyphant, with Mass at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, to be celebrated by the Rev. Thomas Muldowney. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery.
