Obituary

Methuen, MA- Mary L. (LaPlante) Dubois, of Salem, N.H., died on Sunday, November 22nd at the Nevins Home in Methuen after a short illness surrounded by her loving family. Born in Lawrence Mass, she was the daughter of Wilfred and Elizabeth LaPlante. She graduated from Saint Anne’s High School where she won awards in literature and French studies. She was the director of admissions at the Bon Secours Hospital for many years. Mary was a loving mother, sister and daughter. She was predeceased by her husband Raymond A. Dubois. She is survived by a daughter, Betty Ann Graichen of Salem, N.H. and her husband Howard, sons, Michael and his wife Brenda of Georgetown, Mass., Stephen and his wife Maureen of Hampstead, N. H., Allan of Hooksett, N.H., and Kevin and his wife Patricia of Bradford, Mass. She leaves fifteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by sister Dorothy Barbin Rinaldo of Andover, Mass. and brother Robert LaPlante and his wife Nancy of Amesbury, Mass. She leaves many nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday November 24, 2009 from 4-8 at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home 233 Lawrence St. Methuen, MA. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday November 25th, at 9 am at St. Monica’s Church in Methuen with burial to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Andover.
