Filippa “Nonna” LoBuono, 96 of Tewksbury, died unexpectedly Monday in the Saints Memorial Hospital, Lowell, MA.
Born in Italy, she lived in Tewksbury for the past 20 years and formerly of the North End of Boston. She was the daughter of the late Luigi and Providenzia Mamone.
Beloved wife of the late Nunzio LoBuono. Devoted mother of Frank LoBuono and his wife Rosa of Tewksbury, and the late Vincenzo LoBuono. Also survived by 13 loving grandchildren and 14 loving great grandchildren.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Thursday 4 - 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
