Helen A. Landry 89, of Larch St. died Tuesday in Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Charles E. Landry. Mrs. Landry was born in Lowell, MA a daughter of the late Edouard and Lina (Richard) Thereault. She was a textile worker in many area mills, she also worked at Zamborano Hospital as a house mother for several years. Her greatest joy was babysitting her grandchildren.
Mrs. Landry is survived by two sons Charles E. Landry Jr. of Woonsocket, and Steven Landry and his wife Patricia of Chepachet, a daughter Beverly Robison of Santa Maria CA and her four beloved grandchildren, Danielle Robison of CA, Brianna, Nicholas and Julie Landry all of Chepachet.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, Mendon Rd. Woonsocket under the direction of the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery in Blackstone. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice, in her memory would be appreciated.
