Methuen, MA – Margaret G. (Carter) Mullett, 83, died Wednesday November 11, 2009 at Caritas Holy Family Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Boston the daughter of Harry A. and Hilda E. (Norling) Carter, and was a former resident of Andover before moving to Methuen several years ago.
Margaret was very family oriented and gave her children the gift of music.
The widow of Walter J. Mullett she is survived by children: Laurie A. Kenney and her husband Tim, sons Robert W. and wife Cheryl, Peter C. and wife Lorraine and Michael A. and his wife Karen Mullett,.
Grandchildren Mark Mullett and his wife Lynne, Amy Leahy and husband Bob, Matthew Kenney, Nathan Mullett and wife Laurie, Lenore Edwards and her husband Brian, and Bernard Goulet.
Great-grandchildren: Drew, Sarah, Megan, Ethan, and Isabella.
Survivors include two sisters and one brother-in-law, Doris Griffin and her husband Paul, Ethel Fuller, and brother and sister-in-law John and Dianne Carter and caring nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will take place on Saturday morning at 10 o’clock from the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen with burial to follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
Friends may pay their respects on Friday from 4-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
