Evans, GA---Mr. Dominic T. Creazzo, 74, entered into rest on Monday, November 9, 2009 at Doctors Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 in the Platt’s Belair Road Chapel, with Reverend Martino B. Nguyen officiating.
Mr. Creazzo was a retired Staff Sgt., from the United States Air Force and was also retired from the Ford Glass Plant, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Survivors include his wife, Ada Creazzo, son, Brian Creazzo and spouse Kathi Creazzo, step sons, John Marino, Thomas Marino and spouse, Dawn McCracken, daughters, Tonya Creazzo, Tracy Bevil and spouse, Jarrett Bevil, brothers, Louis Creazzo, Augustine Creazzo, Tony Creazzo, Joseph Creazzo, sister, Frances Portolese, grandchildren, Jonathan Creazzo, Audie Martin, Jill Martin, Kendra Knapp, Jamie Burton, Seth Creazzo and great granddaughter, Shelby Knapp.
