Brenda B. Giannelli, 67, of Derry, NH died Tuesday September 2, 2003 at her home. She was born in Winchester, MA on September 2, 1936, a daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy (Riddle) Baisley. Mrs. Giannelli was a resident of Derry since 1974, formerly living in Malden, MA and Reading, MA. She attended Reading Public Schools until 1953 and Mary Burnham’s School for Girls in 1954. She also attended Westbrook Junior College for Nursing. She served an internship at Melrose Wakefield Hospital. She was employed as a claims specialist for John Hancock Life Insurance in Manchester, NH. She enjoyed reading and arguing politics.
She is survived by three daughters, Stacey Dionne and her husband Gary of Manchester, Terry Theriault and her husband Bruce of Northwood, Lisa Sulfran and her husband JR of Texas, one son Taylor Giannelli and his wife Cindy of Derry, several grandchildren including Tara, Travis, Dalton, Mason, and Mitchell, one great grandson Dominic, two sisters, Jay Allen of Maine, Ginny Zitso of Massachusetts.
There will be no calling hours. It was Mrs. Giannelli’s wish to donate her body to the Harvard University Medical School. A Memorial service will be held for her on Saturday September 6th at 10:00am at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry.
