Jay Clark Jr., Dickson City, died Thrusday in Mid-Valley Hospital, Peckville. His wife is the former Leona "Lee" Frankenberger.
Born in Scranton, son of the late A. Jay and Mabel McCormack Clark, he was employed by the Trane Corp. for 43 years before retirement. He was an Army veteran, serving with the 235 General Hospital Unit. He was an avid hunter and a member of St. Patrick's Church, Scranton.
Surviving are a two sons, A. Jay and wife, Susan, Fairfield, Ohio; Glenn and wife, Valerie, Scranton; a brother, Donald, Scranton; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Clara Jones.
Funeral services will be Tuesday from the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., 129 Grant St., Olyphant, with Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church, Jackson Street, Scranton, to be celebrated by the Rev. James Paisley.
Interment, St. Joseph's Cemetery, Evansville, Ind. Committal services will be at the direction of Pierre Funeral Home, Evansville.
