Obituary

Methuen, MA- Marilyn A. Mickee, 63, died on Thursday, October 29, at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, after five years of treatment for cancer.
Born in Lawrence and educated in Methuen, she was most recently a resident of Billerica, and was self employed until her illness.
Marilyn loved to dance and sing, cook and bake, and spend time with her children and grandchildren, who she adored.
She was the daughter of the late Raymond and Florence (Arsenault) Mickee.
She will be dearly missed by her entire family, who will always love her, and remember her as a tireless, enthusiastic lover of life. Marilyn spent most of her days doing for others; always caring and supportive; always arriving with a warming brilliant smile and a tray of home baked cookies and good cheer. Her exuberant generosity of spirit made her beloved to all who knew her.
She is survived by her son Paul Nardello and his wife Denise, of Billerica; her daughter Beth Haidaichuk and her husband Steve, of Salem, NH ; her grandchildren Jake and Alexi Nardello, and Alex Haidaichuk; her two sisters Carol Coombs and her husband Kenneth, of Salem, NH; and Beverly Mickee, of Methuen; her three brothers; David Mickee and his wife Sandra, of Seabrook NH; Brian Mickee and his wife Nora, of Peterborough ,Ontario, Canada; and Paul Mickee and his wife Dawn, of Methuen; and her aunt and uncle Hazel and Bill Twiraga, of Lawrence, as well as many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and cousins.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass at 9 AM on Monday November 2nd at St. Monica’s Church in Methuen. At the families request there are no calling hours.
