MEROLA, Jerry M. age 74 of New Milford, NJ died Tuesday October 27, 2009. Beloved husband of Florence (nee: Fleming). He is survived by his dear sister-in-laws Nancy Merola, Helena Sullivan and brother-in-law Raymond, Fran Fleming and brother-in-law Robert. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, along with his beloved pet companion “Sandy”. Jerry was an animation camera man for 20+ years with CBS (Columbia Broadcasting Sysytem) in New York City. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Volk Leber Funeral Home 268 Kinderkamack Rd. Oradell, NJ. A Funeral Service will commence at the Volk Leber on Saturday at 10AM then to St. Joseph’s RCC – Oradell for a Mass of Christian burial at 11AM with burial to follow at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery in Paramus, NJ. Visitation will be this Thursday and Friday: 2-4 & 7-9PM. Donations in his memory would be appreciated to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital.
