Obituary

Willie J. Labrecque, 81, of Manchester died October 26, 2009 at his residence after a long illness.
Born in Buckland, Quebec, Canada on January 16, 1928, he was the son of Cyrille and Josephine (Mathieu) Labrecque. He lived in Manchester most of his life.
Mr. Labrecque worked for Anheuser Busch in Merrimack for 24 years.
He was a member of the League of 1000 Men of the Precious Blood, the Knights of Columbus and the Catholic War Veterans.
He was married to Irene T. (Desfosses) Labrecque, who died in 1999.
IN HIS LIFE: The family includes four children, Leo Labrecque and his wife, Gail,of Goffstown, and Annette Loveday and her husband, John, Muriel Gionet and her husband, David, and Jean Labrecque all of Manchester; 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren; a sister, Irene Cuvellier and her husband, Maurice, of Manchester; and cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday, October 30, 2009 at Parish of the Transfiguration, corner of Kelley and Youville streets, Manchester. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
Donations may be made to the Precious Blood Monastery, 700 Bridge St., Manchester.
