Izora Blackwell Haley, 90, Clarksville went to be with the Lord, Monday, October 26, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Don Sensing officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born February 11, 1919 in Montgomery County daughter of the late Ed Blackwell and Clara Neblett Blackwell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Haley and a daughter, Clara Elizabeth Bumpus, two brothers and four sisters.. She is survived by four children, Molly Ernestine Frattarelli (George); Prentice Haley (Dorothy), Raymond Haley (Joy), Dan Haley (Linda);ten grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made
