Robert Gordon Connell, 57, of Summerville, husband of Patsy Bryant Connell died Friday, October 23, 2009 at his residence.
Memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 2 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Burial will be private.
Mr. Connell was born July 13, 1952 in Worcester, Massachusetts, son of John and Barbara Stauffer of Summerville. He attended schools in Vacarville, Califronia. He enjoyed playing basketball and enjoyed woodworking. He was supervisor with Limehouse Construction.
Survivors including his wife are: son: Eric Neil Connell and his wife Missy of Summerville, 1 special son: James Ricker and his wife Elisa Wolf, 3 grandchildren: Brittany Ruth Connell, Gordon Rudolph “Rudy” Connell and Heather Lynn Connell all of Summerville, brother: Stephen Connell of Florence, sister: Susan Fullmore of Summerville and nephew: Jarrod Reeves of Summerville.
