Lorraine R. LeBlanc, 87, of Charlottesville, VA died Sunday, October 11, 2009 in Envoy at the Meadows Nursing Home in Virginia. Mrs. LeBlanc was born in Haverhill, MA on October 2, 1922, a daughter of the late Ulric and Georgianna (Labbie) Brunelle. She was a resident of Derry, NH for over 50 years, moving to Virginia in 1999. She worked for Klev-Bro Shoe in Derry for 46 years. Mrs. LeBlanc was also a communicant of St. Thomas Aquinas in Derry.
She is survived a daughter, Pauline LeBlanc of Charlottesville, a son, Albert LeBlanc of Bradford, NH; two grandchildren, Melissa and Austin LeBlanc, both of Bradford and also by many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Alyre Z. LeBlanc in 1997.
There will be no calling hours. Following cremation, graveside services were held at 11:00am Friday, October 30, 2009 in Holy Cross Cemetery, Gilcreast Rd., Londonderry, NH.
