CARTER, PATRICIA "PAT" THOMPSON, 70, of Louisville, passed away Monday, October 12, 2009 at her home.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a Christian and a member at Ormsby Heights Baptist Church and was the former owner and operator of Pat's Clothes Hanger.
She was a member of the Kahelelani Hawaiian Dance Club.
Survivors include her loving husband of 53 years, James "Woody" Carter; three daughters, Becky L. Henken (Joey), Sherri LaPaille, and Jaimie Warren (Mike); grandchildren, Kristie, Ashley, Crystal, Michael, Nick, and Kelly; great-grandchildren, Bryan, Cody, Tyler, Carter, Jaylie, Caden, Cameron, and Katelyn; brother, Tim Thompson; and sister, Shirley Sullivan.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Ormsby Heights Baptist Church, 2120 Lower Hunters Trace with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Wednesday 11am -8 pm and after 10 am Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
