Taunton – Francisco “Frankie” Manuel Soares, a life long Taunton resident died suddenly Thursday October 8th 2009 at his home. He was 39 years old. He was the loving son of David Soares of Taunton and the late Maria Leonor Arruda Soares. He worked for many years for Mason Box Company and Rand McNally. He was also a licensed phlebotomist and worked in a clinic in Fall River for several years. At the time of his death he was on medical disability. He attended Taunton High School. He was a communicant of St. Anthony’s Church in Taunton. He enjoyed reading books, rebuilding computers and bike riding. In addition to his father he survived by one sister Linda Soares of Taunton and one brother John Soares of Taunton. He is also survived by long time companion Edward Brabant. He also leaves a godchild Micaela Condinho. Also survived my many aunts, uncles and cousins. His funeral will be held Wednesday at 9am at the Taunton Funeral Home 8 Crapo St. (off Tremont St.) Followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Anthony’s Church at 10am.
