Rose Racioppi, 89 of died Friday after a long illness in the Greenbriar Terrace Health Care, Nashua, NH.
Born in Boston, she lived in Somerville for many years and formerly of the North End of Boston. She was the daughter of the late Pietro and Deiga Messina. Rose was an Office Clerk, Hood Milk for 10 years and retired in 1975.
Beloved wife of the late Arthur Racioppi. Devoted mother of Robert Racioppi of Tucson, AZ and Paul Racioppi of Nashua, NH. Loving grandmother of Jennifer Barker, Alex and Beth Racioppi. Loving great grandmother of Grace Racioppi-Barker and Noah Smith. Sister of Diega Maniglia of Winthrop, Jenny Gamgochian of Woburn, Eleanor Rich of Winchester, and the late Mary Baiungo, Al, Angelo, Dick, and Charles Messina.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Wednesday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Catherine of Genoa Church, 179 Summer St., Somerville, at 10 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Tuesday 4 - 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
