PRISCILLA F. (TERRY) SYLVESTER, 82, a lifelong resident of Hingham, died on Friday, Oct. 9th, 2009 at Southwood Nursing Center in Norwell. Mrs. Sylvester was a 1945 graduate of Hingham High School and for many years served on the reunion committees. She also graduated from the Academie Moderne in Boston. She was a cafeteria worker at the Hingham Central Junior High School and also worked at JJ's in Cohasset, a well known family owned and operated roadside snack bar.
She was the wife of the late Harry F. Sylvester, Sr., and mother of Cheryl M. Taylor and her friend Herb of Cohasset, Harry F. Sylvester, Jr. and his wife Linda of Rockland and Randy A. Sylvester and his wife Kim of Pembroke. Sister of Shirley A. Hayes of Weymouth, the late Wendell A. Terry and the late William B. Terry. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services Wednesday, Oct. 14th at 11 AM at the Downing Cottage Funeral Chapel, 21 Pond St., Hingham. Friends may visit at the Downing Chapel on Tuesday from 5-8 PM.

Interment in High Street Cemetery, Hingham.
