Michael A. Petrone, 77, of Windham, NH died Thursday August 21, 2003 at his home. He was born in East Boston, MA on February 6, 1926, a son of the late Anthony and Nancy Petrone. He was a resident of Windham for 12 years, formerly living in Revere, MA. He was a graduate of East Boston High School. He was employed as a machinist foreman for 20 years for M/RAD in Woburn, MA until his retirement. He was a communicant of St. Matthew’s Parish in Windham.
He is survived by his wife Providentia “Ann” Petrone of Windham, two daughters Nancy Petrone of Malden, MA, Ann Marie Melino and her husband Carmine of Windham, two grandchildren, Michael and Sarah, and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday August 25th at 10:00am at St. Matthew’s Parish, 2 Searles Road, Windham. Burial will follow in Cemetery on the Plain, Windham. Friends may call at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry on Sunday from 1 - 5.
