Chief Warrant Officer (Ret) Charles R, Holub, Jr., 90, Knoxville, TN. formerly of Clarksville, died Tuesday, Oct.6, 2009, at his residence in Knoxville.
The funeral will be held at 12:00 PM Friday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Landon Meadow officiating.
Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West Hopkinsville, Ky. with full Military Honors. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home at the funeral home.

He was born in Chicago,Sept. 24, 1919 son Charles Ray Holub, Sr. and Amanda Schotz Holub.
He was a retired CW2 in the US Army having served during WWII, the Korean Conflict
He was a member of Vineyard Christian Fellowship Church, was the founder of Senior Bowling Leagues in Clarksville, qualifed for the olympics and was an outstanding marksman for the military.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years Beatrice Ruth Tosh Holub of Knoxville,
his son Charles Holub,III of Knoxville, three daughters Barbara Helms of Indiana, Diana Hood and Darla Thomas both of Clarksville and eleven grandchildren and thirty one great grandchildrenn
Military will serve as pallbearers.
