GRAZIANO, Ronald Peter of Oradell, NJ died Friday, October 2, 2009, at his residence in Calabash, NC. He was born in Jersey City, NJ, a son of the late Patrick and Beatrice Dingley Graziano.
Mr. Graziano graduated from St. Cecilia High School in Englewood, NJ and St. Peter’s College in Jersey City, NJ. He was a Captain in the United States Army and a Treasury Agent for the United States Internal Revenue Service. He worked as a Financial Advisor for 35 years and retired as a Vice President from Citigroup Smith Barney. He was a real estate broker with Walter Breyer Realty in Oradell, NJ.
An avid golfer, Mr. Graziano was an active member of Hackensack Golf Club and a NJ Senior Champion, with three holes in one to his name. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and UNICO. As a parishioner of St. Joseph’s Church in Oradell, NJ, Ronald served as a Eucharistic Minister and Cornerstone Director. He was an active member of several clubs in North Carolina.
Surviving are his beloved wife of 48 years, Jeanne Thone Graziano; his brother, Rev. Gerard Graziano of Immaculate Conception Church in South Hackensack, NJ; his son, Michael Graziano and his wife, Reina, of Mendham, NJ and their children, Erin, Nicole, Stephen, Christine, Matthew, and Megan; his daughter Janice O’Neill and her husband, Michael, of Washington Township, NJ and their children Sean, Allison, and Kristen; his daughter Diane Bednarz and her husband John of Emerson, NJ, and their children John, Chris, and Katie; and his daughter Suzanne Roche and her husband Michael of North Andover, MA, and their children Carolyn, Michael, and Jack.
The wake will be held at Volk-Leber Funeral Home in Oradell, NJ on Friday, October 9, 2009 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Joseph’s Church in Oradell, NJ.
