Neil “Hammy” Hamilton, age 43 of Everett, formerly of Medford died on Friday at home He was the husband of Stephanie (Drake) Hamilton with whom he shared more than 16 years of marriage. Mr. Hamilton was born in Somerville, the son of Allan F. and Patricia (Blundon) Hamilton. Hammy was a graduate of Medford Vocational High School, class of 1984. He worked as a contractor for Bay Shore Demolition Company. An avid baseball enthusiast, he was also a coach and volunteer with the Everett Little League for more than nine years. He also enjoyed fishing, but most of all, spending time with his beloved wife and son Matt. In addition to his wife and son Matthew, he is survived by his parents Patricia (Blundon) Hamilton of Medford and Allan Hamilton of Malden. Dear son in law of Adeline and Daniel Drake of Medford. Brother of Allan Hamilton and his wife Michelle of Billerica, Charles P. Hamilton and Michael Hamilton of Medford. Brother In Law of Patricia Hickey of FL; Carolyn Roberts and Frank Drake of Medford. Nephew of Linda Hardy of Center Conway , NH; Jack and Carol Blundon of Melrose. He also leaves several nieces and nephews and his beloved dog “Lucky”. Friends may call Tuesday from 4 thru 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Francis Of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, Wednesday at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
