FRANKLIN—Patricia Y. ( Robillard) Ridge-Penque 56, of Franklin, died Saturday October 3, 2009 at the Lydia Taft House in Uxbridge, surrounded by her family, following a brief illness. She was the former wife of the late John Penque.
Born April 8, 1953 in Ozark, Alabama, a daughter of the late Edmund J. and Johanna (Winklehoffer) Robillard, she had been a longtime resident of Franklin.
She was raised and educated in Franklin Schools, and for 19 years worked as a senior custodian for the Franklin Public Schools.
Her interests included, yard sales, trips to Florida, visiting Disney World, and road trips with the yar-yars.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, and will be remembered as someone who truly loved life.
Patricia is survived by two sons, Kevin T. Ridge Jr. of Maine and David P. Ridge of Franklin, a brother Thomas Robillard of Blackstone, five sisters, Sonja Wilson of Woonsocket, Katherine Lewis of Blackstone, Denise Boucher of Woonsocket, Deborah Chapman of Blackstone and Yvonne Paul of Norfolk. Also surviving are her grandchildren Kayla, Elijah, Bailey, Jenna and Zack.
She was the mother of the late Jason R. Ridge who died in 1983.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday Oct. 6th, at 7:30PM in the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. Franklin, (www.franklinfuneral.com).
Interment will be private.
