Wilbur D. Webster Sr. age 87 of Salem, NH, died Thursday at the Epsom Health Care Nursing Home in Epsom, NH.
He was born in Salem, NH, where he grew up and attended Woodbury High School, and was a lifelong resident.
Mr. Webster was a retired machinist for Diamond Crystal Salt Company in Wilmington, MA. He was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Salem, NH, where he was very active, and was on the Board of Trustees. He was also a WWII Veteran serving with the US Navy Seabee’s.
Mr. Webster was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed going to the mountains with his family, gardening, and making maple syrup. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting
He was predeceased by a son Jeffrey Webster
He is survived by his Wife of 54 Years: Claire (Poirier) Webster of Salem, NH
2 Sons: Wilbur Jr. & his wife Maryellen Webster of Plaistow, NH Steven & his wife Ann Webster of Salem, NH
3 Daughters: Sylvia & her husband Joseph LaPuma of Manchester, NH Rebecca & her husband Fred Malisos of Salem, NH Judith Webster of Salem, NH

Funeral Services will be held Monday at 10 AM at the 1st Baptist Church, 101 School Street, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
Calling hours will be held Sunday from 2-6 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH.
