Wayne P. Dupont, 52 years old, loving husband of Linda “Lyn” (Duffy) Dupont, died Tuesday morning at Saints Medical Center.
Born in Cambridge on October 2, 1956, he was a son of the late Walter G. Dupont and Nelly (Raymon) Dupont of Billerica who survives him. Mr. Dupont received his education in the Cambridge schools.
Mr. Dupont lived in Lowell for the past twenty five years and worked at the University of Lowell as a clerk in the Facilities Department until a disability forced his early retirement.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two sons and a daughter in law, Wayne P. Dupont Jr. and his wife Lisa of Medford and Luke W. Dupont of Lowell; a daughter, Josie M. Dupont of Lowell; two grandchildren, Cassidy and Ethan Dupont; two brothers, Walter Dupont of Chelmsford and Brian Dupont of Billerica; two sisters, Laura Vellucci of Cambridge and Tammy McAnespie of Dracut and several nieces and nephews.
