Obituary

Stanley John Brunner, 60, of Summerville, husband of Roseline O’Reilly Brunner died Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Trident Medical Center.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 2 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Burial will be private. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 1 o’clock until the hour of service. Flowers will be accepted.
Mr. Brunner was born July 6, 1949 in Madison, Wisconsin, son of Janice Stoppleworth Brunner of Black Earth, Wisconsin and the late Leo Francis Brunner. He was a graduate of Wisconsin Heights High School and he received his Associates Degree at Trident Technical College. He was a veteran of the United States Navy serving for 22 ½ years, retiring as Chief Petty Officer. He enjoyed woodworking, working on cars and would help anyone. He was a member of Step Up Club and St. John’s the Beloved Catholic Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are: 3 stepchildren: Eamon Melaugh of Ireland, Maureen Curtis (Brent) of Summerville and Anne Davis (Kent) of Summerville. Brothers and sisters: Steven Brunner (Mary) of Belleville, Wisconsin, Linda Pert (Robert) of Waunakee, Wisconsin, Brad Brunner (Danita) of Topeka, Kansas, Robert Brunner (Jean) of Reedsburg, Wisconsin, Vicki Ripp (Vern) of Cross Plains, Wisconsin, Kenneth Brunner (Cindy) of New Glarus, Wisconsin, Kerry Brunner (Cheryl) of Richland Center, Wisconsin, Kathleen Wonn (Donald) of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin, Gerilyn Krantz (Kevin) of Dodgeville, Wisconsin, Raphel Brunner of Black Earth, Wisconsin, Mardelle Zamoni (Michael) of Rochester, Minnesota, Jacalyn Selarzar (Michael) of Yuba City, California, Janni Stank of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Shelley Brunner of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin and Douglas Brunner (Tonya) of Cross Plains, Wisconsin. Many nieces and nephews.
