Hazel P. (Knox) Gabree, 101 of Walpole died September 30 in the Pond Home in Wrentham. She was the wife of the late Victor Gabree.
Born in Westfield, July 17, 1908, the daughter of the late George and Laurestine (Chaffee) Knox, Mrs. Gabree had lived in Walpole since 1972.
Mrs. Gabree had been a member of the Walpole Grange and the United Church of Walpole.
Mrs. Gabree was the mother of the late Richard Houghton and sister of the late Florence Haffermill, Thomas Casey and Albert Knox.
She is survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and 2 nieces and many great-nieces and nephews.
She is also survived by her longtime friend, Millie Giondomenico of Foxboro.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, October 5 in the Ginley Funeral Home 892 Main St. in Walpole at 4:00 p.m.
Burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
Visitation will be from 3:00-4:00 p.m.
