Paul J. Belanger, 43, previously of Lawrence, MA died at his home in Tequesta, Florida on Friday, September 18th, 2009.
Born and educated in Lawrence, MA, he was a 1984 Central Catholic High School graduate. He was formerly employed by Raytheon Company in Andover, MA, as well as, Alcatel-Lucent Technologies in North Andover, MA.
Paul was a beloved son, compassionate brother, caring uncle and godfather, dear friend and good neighbor. He kept in touch often with his family via email and was a golden thread in the tapestry of our lives. His heart was so big it could encompass the states of MA and FL combined.
He loved antique cars, listening to the "oldies" music, playing the lottery and was an avid Red Sox and Patriot's fan. His great sense of humor often kept us in good spirits!
Paul is survived by his loving parents, Emile and Charlotte Belanger of Hobe Sound, FL; nine sisters and three brothers, 29 nieces and nephews, as well as, 2 great-nephews and 1 great-niece. His brothers and sisters include: Christine St. Louis of Southern Pines, NC; Mary L. Welch of Lawrence, MA; Emile Belanger of Hobe Sound, FL; Diane Hale of St. Johnsbury, VT; Stephen Belanger of Hobe Sound, FL; Anne Belanger of Lawrence, MA; David Belanger of Cummings, GA; Therese Diodati of Haverhill, MA; Charlotte Hagan of Pinehurst, NC; Aimee Kryzynski of Huntersville, NC; Barbara Raffel of Hobe Sound, FL and Lisa Kaplan of Tequesta, FL
Arrangements: A memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish (Saint Augustine's Chapel) 128 Ames Street, Lawrence, MA at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3rd, 2009.
