SALEM- Rita P. (DiMaggio) Cennami, 78, wife of the late Andrew Cennami, of Salem, formerly of Lynn, died Monday, August 18, 2003 in the Salem Hospital following a short illness.
Born in Milford, she was the daughter of the late Biagio and Rose (Nardelli) DiMaggio.
A graduate of Lynn Classical High School in 1942, she lived in Lynn from her childhood until moving to Salem in 1976.
Mrs Cennami is survived by two sons, Joseph P. Cennami of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Michael A. and his wife Beth Cennami of Boxford, two grandchildren, Paul Cennami of Lynn, Zoe Cennami of Boxford, and three generations of nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Frank DiMaggio, Anthony DiMaggio and Grace Jillson.
Her funeral service will be held Saturday, August 23, 2003 at 8 am from the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem, followed by a funeral Mass at 9 am at Ste.
