Sarah (L. Martin) Moniz, age 91, of Fall River, passed away September 24, 2009. Widow of Antone T. Moniz and daughter of the late Victor L. and Maria (Rodrigues Oliveira) Martin. She was a member of St. Patrick Church, now Good Shepherd Parish and was formerly a member of P.A.C.L. She was a retired Spooler Tender in the textile industry at Bourne Mill.
She is survived by her daughter, Rosemarie Levesque and her husband Robert of Westport and several nieces & nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph L. & Victor L. Martin, Antonio Martins, and Mary Souza.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. Monday at 10 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Good Shepherd Parish at 11 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Sunday 3-6 P.M.
