Cecile D. Menard, 76, of Manchester died September 22, 2009 at the Elliot Hospital after a sudden illness.
She was born in Quebec on December 22, 1932, the daughter of Paul and Adrienne (Gregoire) Pinard.
Prior to retirement, she had been employed by Velcro USA for 25 years.
Cecile loved to travel with her husband, cross-stitch, and garden. She was an active member of the former Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish.
Members of her family include her husband of 53 years, Robert A. Menard of Manchester; two sons, Robert Menard and his wife Lynda of Fremont, NH, Mario Menard and his wife Mary of Manchester; five grandchildren, Natalie Menard, Amanda Menard, Andrew Menard, Mitchell Menard, and Nicole Menard; several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins in Canada.
The funeral service was held Saturday, September 26, 2009 in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. George Desjardins officiating.
