Fairhaven -Claudette (Dufresne) Sullivan aged 70 years died Sunday September 21, 2009, unexpectedly at home. Claudette was the mother of Michael P. husband of Cindy of Mattapoisett, Kevin J. husband of Ellen of Ashby and Mark J. husband of Karolyn of Somerset. She was the sister of Jeannine D. Perry of New Bedford. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 nieces, 1 nephew and 1 great nephew.
Mrs. Sullivan was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Viola (Leduc) Dufresne. She was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all of her life. Mrs. Sullivan was formerly employed as a Registered Nurse. She was a Graduate of Holy Family High School Class of 1957 and also was a graduate of St. Anne’s School of Nursing.
Religious Services will be held Friday September 25th, at Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. at 11 A.M. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery #2. Visiting hours are Thursday from 6-8 P.M.
