Adele (Bonneau) Bergeron, 89, of New Bedford died August 16, 2003 at Alden Court Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness.
She was the wife of the late Theophane Bergeron and daughter of the late Laura Bonneau.
Mrs. Bergeron was born in New Bedford and lived in New Bedford all of her life.
She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in New Bedford.
Mrs. Bergeron was formerly employed as a sales clerk at Cherry & Webb for 10 years until her retirement.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include 3 sons, William Bergeron and Armand Bergeron, both of Sarasota, FL and Paul Bergeron of Fall River; a brother, Armand Bonneau of Sarasota, FL; 8 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Lucille F. Vital and Eugene Bergeron.
