Wendy M. Soucy, 32, of Chester, NH, died Sunday, August 17, 2003, at the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, MA from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in April. She was born in Beverly, MA on June 7, 1971, and was a resident of Chester for the past year, formerly living in Londonderry, NH. She attended school in Beverly and Londonderry High School in Londonderry. Wendy was employed as a computer programmer for Windham Professionals, Inc. in Salem, NH. She enjoyed power walking, hiking, biking and camping.
She is survived by her son, Glenn H. Beaulieu of Chester, her father, Jean E. Soucy and his wife Debbie of Londonderry, her mother, Nancy Reardon and her husband Kevin of Salem, two sisters, Lea L. Gilford and her husband Ted of Ipswich, MA, Theresa Soucy of Londonderry, three brothers, Jean E. Soucy Jr. and his wife Andrea of Goffstown, NH, Denny W. Soucy and his wife Nicole of Manchester, NH, Todd Soucy of Londonderry, her paternal grandmother, Jeanne Soucy of Canada, her maternal grandfather, John A. Sahovey Sr. of Beverly, her boyfriend, with whom she made her home, Brian Hart of Chester, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 20th at 10:00am at St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. The burial will follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Londonderry. Friends may call at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry on Tuesday from 6 - 9pm.
