Augusta,GA.- Mrs. Margaret Elizabeth Snellings Strother, age 72, wife of the late Clearance Strother, entered into rest at University Hospital on Sunday, September 13, 2009.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Reverend M.L. Barber officiating.
Mrs. Strothers retired from King Mills after twenty years of service as a spinner.
Margaret loved gardening and spending time with her family.
Survivors include, one son, Brian L. Strother of Martinez, one son the late Timothy B. Strother. Two brothers, Clinton Snellings and his wife Pat of Harlem, James Snellings and his wife Linda of Dearing,GA.one brother-in-law Frank Strother of Martinez. One sister, Brenda Dyches of Grovetown, two sister- in-laws, Isabelle Snellings of Grovetown and Myrtis Snellings also of Grovetown. One grandchild, Shane Strother.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening September 15, 2009 at the funeral home from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
