Opal Hazel Hudgin, 91, Clarksville, died Monday, September 14, 2009, at her residence. The funeral will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday and from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born February 12, 1918 in North Carolina. Survivors include her husband, Lundy Hudgin; son, Timothy Hudgin, Detroit, MI; and daughter, Joy Hutchinson, Woodlawn, TN; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
