Judy Emmons Link, 61, Clarksville, died Sunday, September 13, 2009, at her residence. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. eastern time Thursday at Elizaville, KY cemetery with Pastor Dewain French officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born February 8, 1948 in Dayton, Ohio daughter of the late Marvin M. Emmons and Velva Eubanks Emmons. She was a member of Hilldale Baptist Church and was retired from Civil Service. Survivors include her husband, Donald Wayne Link, a son, Kevin Link and future daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Holt, Augusta, GA; a brother, James M. Emmons, Flemingsburg, KY; two sisters, Janet Bellamy, Ashland City, TN and Jerri Sims, Cynthiana, KY; three grandchildren, Bret Link, Breanna Link, and Chandler Link.
